Total round trip to the peak from Fallen Leaf via the Clark Trail is 6 Miles. Hiking to the peak is an additional 2 miles. You can continue the hike to Angora peak from the lake. The Clark Trail finishes at Angora Lakes. There is another route to the Angora Lakes called the Clark Trail (I can’t make this up).Continue to Forest Service Road 12N14 (road on your right (watch for bicyclists)), turn right and continue past Angora Lookout to the parking lot at road’s end. Continue on Fallen Leaf road for ~1 mile and turn left at the first paved road. Directions to Angora trailhead: Take Highway 89 north 3 miles to Fallen Leaf Lake Road and turn left.Well, that and the 80’ rock jump!! Get outside and join us for a quick hike and dip.
